Senior Product Designer

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who transforms user research, analytics and competitor insights into intuitive, visually polished digital experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Design teams to turn data into decisions, ensuring every design choice is evidence-based, measurable and impactful.

You will also lead the evolution of our design system, driving consistency, scalability and efficiency across products—all informed by real-world insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing and data analysis to guide design decisions

• Analyse competitor products and market trends to inform UX strategy

• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear user flows, interactions and high-fidelity UI

• Create accessible, polished interfaces with attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing and detail

• Build and evolve scalable, insight-driven design systems

• Responsible for regular presentations and updates to stakeholders and the wider business

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical, elegant and evidence-based

• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, user testing, analytics, stakeholder feedback and market insights

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end using a research and data-driven approach

• Strong skills in user research, competitor analysis and translating insights into design

• Expertise in interaction design, usability principles and evidence-based decision-making

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams

• Exceptional UI design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and accessibility

• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems

• Expert in Figma, confident presenting research-backed design decisions to stakeholders
