The Role
As Creative Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our in-house Creative team. You’ll own the flow of work from brief to delivery, managing capacity,
coordinating resources, and making sure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.
This is an in-house role, meaning you’ll go deep on one brand, build genuine relationships across the business, and have real ownership over how the creative team operates day to day. This isn’t a passive scheduling role. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a clear communicator, and a key strategic partner to the Creative Lead, senior designers, project owners, and stakeholders across the business. When campaigns are complex and deadlines are tight, you’ll be the one keeping everything on track.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Workflow management — owning the end-to-end flow of creative work across the team from intake and briefing through to delivery ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Campaign management — coordinating the timelines assets and dependencies of multiple campaigns running simultaneously across ATL digital social and retail channels
• Resource management — managing team capacity across designers copywriters and motion specialists balancing workloads and flagging bottlenecks before they become problems
• Sprint planning — running and maintaining sprint cycles in Mondaycom keeping boards up to date priorities clear and the team aligned
• Stakeholder management — acting as the key point of contact between the Creative team and internal stakeholders across digital and retail managing expectations with confidence and clarity
• Process improvement — continuously refining workflows intake processes and ways of working to improve efficiency and reduce friction across the team
• Reporting & visibility — providing regular updates on project status team capacity and delivery performance to creative leads and senior management
What We’re Looking For
• + years in a creative operations traffic management or creative project management role either in-house or agency side
• Solid hands-on experience with Mondaycom — building boards running sprints and managing workflows at team scale
• Strong understanding of creative production processes — you know how long things take and what it costs when they go wrong
• Proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
• Confident and clear communicator comfortable managing up and across with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a calm head under pressure
• A team-first mindset you make other people’s jobs easier and you take pride in that
